Youth
(Ages 7–10)

Adult Beginners
(14 years & Up)
A true beginner program for adults of all fitness levels. Learn step-by-step self-defense in a calm, supportive class with no pressure to spar.
Woman Self Defense Class (12 years & Up)
Women-only classes that teach practical self-defense, awareness and boundary-setting. Train in a respectful space where you stay in control and move at your own pace.
Fun, safe classes that teach listening, balance and basic self-defense through games. Perfect for shy or active kids who need confidence and focus.
Youth
(Ages 11–14)
Structured, safe beginner Jiu-Jitsu that builds confidence and real-world self-defense skills. A perfect environment for teenagers to grow stronger and more disciplined.
BJJ Intermediate & Advance
